Little Mashies food fresh lids are designed to replace single use plastic wrap. They keep food fresh by protecting it from air exposure and they can be reused over and over again. Made from food grade silicone they are dishwasher safe, freezer safe, BPA free and have no nasties for you, your family, or the environment.

End of life:
If the product is no longer usable then it will generally be put into your rubbish bin and go to landfill. It is recyclable but there aren’t yet many facilities to process it. However at least it is inert and will not produce any toxic remains or residues as it eventually biodegrades.

You can see what is inside your stored food bowls and it’s not made from plastic!

Packaging:
Your order will be packaged in plastic-free, all plant-based materials. Packaging materials will depending on the size and weight of your order.

• Kraft paper bag, sealed with Kraft Tape.
• Cardboard box sealed with Kraft Tape.
• Recycled cardboard  sealed with Kraft Tape.
• Cotton bag, sewn shut (if you carefully unpick the stitching then you’ll be receiving a free re-usable cotton tote bag!).
