If the jar or lid is damaged then it can be put into your rubbish bin. It will go to landfill but it is non toxic and inert. Remove the lid and it can along with you green waste to make mulch or or be ground up for compost.

• Cotton bag, sewn shut (if you carefully unpick the stitching then you’ll be receiving a free re-usable cotton tote bag!).
